A primary objective of Viagcial Pharmacy is delivering its customers with excellent service. We adhere to Australian Consumer Law when it comes to returns. Upon receiving the package, you have seven days to return it. Under our return policies, dissatisfied customers may return their purchases.

Regarding public health and safety, medication, drugs, nutritional supplements, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, and adult toys cannot be returned.

Documentation of purchase

We will be able to locate your order if you keep your receipt or order number handy when contacting us.

An alteration, of course.

If you change your mind about an item, Viagcial Pharmacy reserves the right to decline a return if we do not meet our return policy.

  • Within seven days, returns are accepted.
  • Products should be in their original packaging, undamaged, and saleable condition.

Return Policy

A cancellation fee in the order value may apply to orders cancelled at the customer’s request. Depending on management’s discretion, this may be charged. To cancel orders that have been shipped, the customer must post them back to us at their expense. Sending the product back via registered post and packing it securely will ensure that you can track it.

Until we receive the product, the customer is responsible for it. Tampered items are not eligible for a refund. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.

Faulty or incorrect product

Upon receiving a damaged or incorrect product from Viagcial Pharmacy , we will provide you with a replacement or a refund.

Delivered the wrong product:

We ask that you contact our customer service team within seven days of receiving your parcel if the product you received is not what you ordered. If our customer support team investigates the issue, they will provide you with a pre-paid shipping label so that you can return the product. The correct product can then be re-delivered at our cost, or a full refund can be given to you.

Deficiency/damage of delivered product:

If the product you received is damaged or defective, you must contact our Customer Support within seven days of arrival. Please provide your order number and condition if you have a damaged item. Following the manufacturer’s policy, we may offer one of the following resolutions.

1. Provide you with warranty support from the manufacturer

2. Purchase a new product

3. A refund will be provided to you

4. Product exchange

Refund:

The credit card you used to make your online purchase must be used to process your approved refund.

Note:

Before returning any product, you must contact us first. The item must be received before reimbursement can be processed. In the event of an unauthorized return, a refund may be denied.
